Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jobs & Vacancies

A company in the distribution sector is looking for talent acquisition coordinator which demonstrates excellent communication, attention to detail, outcome orientation, and time management skills.   • Minimum requirement: Relevant Human Resources related to a tertiary qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of recruitment/HR analytical experience – ideally with experience within FMCG companies
  • Experience across all core talent acquisition/recruitment processes and techniques
  • Experience with database management & optimization through automation
  • SAP experience an advantage


  • Talent Acquisition and Assessment Administration
  • Provide Talent Acquisition Specialist with administrative support to ensure regional recruitment requirements are met
  • Provide reporting support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist (vacancy report and appointment tracker)
  • Partners with regional HR Co-ordinator to ensure that regional organograms are accurate to allow for successful recruitment onto the HRIS
  • Interface with key stakeholders and payroll for new employee take on the process, including change of status
  • Administers approved in house competency-based assessments where training has been provided
  • Support with the publishing of adverts on E-Recruitment system
  • Support with the publishing of adverts on Notice Boards for non-email/pc user

Salary Range

R18 000 – R22 000 a month
