TAC Recruitment is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join their team. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.
- Minimum requirement: LLB or a post graduate diploma in Labour Law. The candidate must be an admitted attorney or advocate, having completed articles.
- Advantageous: An LLM
- Practising of labour law
- Labour court, CCMA and other bargaining council litigation
- Application of the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and all other related labour legislation
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
Provide advice on labour law related employee issues
Advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks
Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company
Builds strong, respectful relationships, based on integrity, with all designated stakeholders and employees.
Actively promotes a workplace that values diversity.
Represent the company in the consultative forums, CCMA, Labour Court and other bargaining councils
Engage with the company’s unions.
