- Computer Literate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Basic admin skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer Service
- Handle queries & inquiries on a local and national basis
- Ensure delivery of all consignments in accordance with the service level agreement
- Close monitor of distribution (branch or client-specific)
- Close monitor of collections and returns (branch or client-specific)
- Arrange all special deliveries/collections
- Compile reports – specific criteria (POD/consumer/outlying returns, etc.
- Provide statistical information on distribution parameters/delivery conformance
- Control delivery schedules and conformance performance parameters
- Delivery queries
