Panagora Group based in Pretoria is looking for a  Bookkeeper to Trial Balance. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Accounting Diploma/Certificate/similar financial qualification.
  • Sage Experience
  • MS Excel and MS Word literacy required at the advanced level.
  • Good oral and written communication skill

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly journal entries for all accruals, provisions, and other financial transactions as needed.
  • Manage and operate a SAGE One accounting and payroll system
  • Cashbook
  • Accounts to Balance Sheet
  • Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts
  • Creditors
  • Management of Asset Register
  • Prepares payroll for staff
  • Debtors Management
  • Filing
  • Prepare VAT Returns calculations
