We are searching for an Employee Relations Officer to join our People Team in Sandton. The main purpose of this role is to provide a generalist HR service to the various Business Units/Divisions in the Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal regions. Requirements

  • Matric/ Senior Certificate
  • Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Organisational Psychology
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Jnr HR Officer/Generalist role
  • Valid South African Driver’s Licence
  • Own reliable transport

  • Talent acquisition and on-boarding
  • Legislative Compliance (BCEA, LRA, EEA, COID, OHSA, SDA)
  • Work Permit Administration
  • Providing support to Business Unit owners/Management on people-related practices and principles
  • Employee Relations
  • Policies & Procedures of administration
  • Performance Management
  • Assistance with Learning & Development
  • Leave and Absenteeism Management
  • Payroll & Employee Benefits Administration
  • Recordkeeping & statistics
