Requirements

  • HR relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven HR admin experience within a similar environment.
  • Strong administrative, organizing and numerical skills.
  • Computer literate in MS Office Suite and SAP experience will be advantageous.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal, external customers and work partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanour
  • Must be able to work independently, accurately and under pressure.
  • High attention and adherence to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • A self-driven, proactive and motivated person with an open mind and a positive work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s licence

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Secretarial duties including stationery, office equipment, typing, filing, diary management, tea/coffee arrangements, scheduling of meetings, answering of telephone, and taking messages and flight arrangements
  • Workflow management on Brandcrafters
  • Assist with recruitment requirements
  • Assist with the Job Evaluation admin process
  • Preparation of professional presentations
  • Assist with planning, organising and managing orientation day, new employees onboarding meetings and arrangements
  • Arranging various functions/events such as team conferences, workshops and/or meetings.
  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Handling of payment queries and for vendor applications
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal, external customers and work partners
  • Support with Success Factors and goal plan training where needed
