Daimler is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to manage the Daimler Trucks & Buses Southern Africa CSI Programme across all brands. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.
- implement the DTBSA CSI Strategy and ensure alignment to the Daimler requirements on our Road to 2025. Initiate benchmark CSI initiatives to meet our goal to be CSI no.1.
- Translate business CSI requirements to preferred Supplier appropriately through the required documentation and relationships. Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Engage with Dealers, Trainers, and Brands on both strategic customer focussed initiatives and operational issues.
